Paper Adventures
A Cut-and-Glue Activity Book
by Aya Watanabe
In this second activity book from her Little Hands, Big Creations series, Aya Watanabe invites children and their parents to create their own adventures by ripping and gluing the paper provided at the end of the book to complete the illustrations.
“Say hello to the elephants, watch out for the tiger and be sure to brush the crocodile’s teeth!”
This book is full of adventures that children will create and enjoy simply by tearing and pasting pieces of paper on to the pages. At the end of the book there are 13 sheets of patterned paper specifically designed by the author to tear out, mix and match, and make unique and personal collages. There are no rules, readers can follow the instructions or add new friends and animals to create their own special adventures. Even the leftover paper can be used to create new works of art!
