The Man With Very Long Legs
by Benjamin Phillips
Life is hard for the man with very long legs. The world he lives in is designed for people with average sized legs. The man with very long legs has to be creative, as so many things aren’t made for extra-tall people. He has to sew his own trousers, make his own bicycle, and build his own house with very tall doors. The man with very long legs is a kind soul – he loves animals, especially birds – but other people, everyone except for Carlos, aren’t always understanding or compassionate towards him.
Will the townspeople realize that the man is extraordinary not only for his appearance, but for his gentleness and unblinking courage?
